For Alaric: "allampanto means lanky." do you mean "allampanato means lanky"? And, "lanky" as in slender?

A person who is in a daze, or dopey or not too bright here in Italy is called "alloppiato". You'll never find this word in any Italian dictionary since it's not really Italian language, that's just our slang.
The word "allampanato", as other answerers already suggested, means lanky (tall and skinny, as in slender).

"Allampanato" is for a tall and skinny person (= thinman?).
But I don't know it's was you were asking for.
For someone dazed (also under dope effects) it can be used "flasciato/flashato" (but it is a sort of young slang not used everywhere)
