Diet is important, but so is exercise. For example, if you lie in bed for only 3 days, your muscles start losing tone. It's best to continue to work out. Only 20 minutes or half an hour/day will keep your muscles in shape.

you definitely lose muscle. it will probably not be that visually noticeable but you will be able to tell when you start working out again

They would barely change..
Dont eat to much bread.. you mighte think bread is healthy but its not.. it has wheat and even if you keep a diet and you eat to much breat there is no point
