Go to your counsellor at school and tell them how you are feeling; ask for help. They can probably get you in touch with someone who can guide you in the right direction. There are medications which will help you feel better. Depression is an imbalance in your system and there are so many people who are experiencing what you have been going through. Medications won't solve everything; you probably need to have a different counsellor; someone you can relate to and feel comfortable talking to. Please go and see your counsellor. Good luck to you. There are better days ahead of you. You just need to find the right person to help you.

I wouldn't suggest meds. Try a different counselor. Finding the right counselor is essential. Just because your tried one doesn't mean it was the right one for you. Most aren't. I am 28 and primarily focus on adolescent counseling because they tend to feel more comfortable with someone younger. Most counselors are older and it is hard to talk to someone who is the age of your parents about some things. You are free to contact me at anytime you feel. It is not uncommon for a person your age to get depressed some times because your brain is still learning to regulate it's chemicals. If you ever really feel that you could end it or do something dangerous call your nearest crisis line or go to the ER...there are people that can help with immediate concerns.

Sometimes I feel like that at 2x ur age maybe u
need medication i just suffered a "break" becuase its all too much coiming back slowly with medication and possibty therapy ur not alone even if u think u are the world is full of caring helpful people many who have also suffered too.
U can find them online as well as off. Feel free to contact me and or any of the other nice souls who have and will reply to ur post talk to friends/family and school coumselor

you can get meds but I wouldnt recommend it, you will likely get dependant which can work out expensive and also catostophic if the meds you are on get pulled from the market for health reasons, or your gp refuses to give you anymore as they feel you are too dependant.
Councelling is your best option, its often the case that gps will not prescribe you any meds unless they know you are working on your problems (depression) as meds will not take away of solve your depression for you, they will just make it a little more mild.
Councilling is individual, its based on yopur own ability and desire to trust someone, to work on your problems, and to want to get better. Your councellor will not slove your problems for you, he/she is only there to listen and guide you. Prehaps talk about waht you want from the sessions before starting them, see if its possible or if you need some mother type of therapy, there are many different types, from Cognative Behavioural Therapy (CBT), cognative analytical therapy (CAT), Psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, group therapy....I could go on, and doubt you have really tried all of them.
Your problems wont go away unless you feel supported and you trust your therapist/councellor, its your job to search for a good one and to try your hardest to make it work.
Speak to your GP about whats availible to you.

Your 15 and your blue?The way to cope is to stop feeling sorry for yourself, and go and make new friends.To be happy requires you to act and make it happen.Pills won't help.Do you not have a school Counsellor, or an adult you can speak with?If not, youv'e got a long journey ahead of you. Why not try and do something for yourself?

Hi Hon...
the first thing you can do is talk to an adult (your mom or dad) about your feelings of hopelessness the feelings you have about not being able to cope.
ask them if they'd please take you to the doctor. doctors are very familiar with depression, and perhaps can help with medication or refer you to someone who can help
on therapy -- i have been in and out of therapy for thirty years.... therapy works when we WORK it.... we really need to follow the therapist's advice. they can truly help us develop coping skills....
sometimes one therapist isn't as helpful as another, and it's not unusual to switch therapists if the first one isn't helping.
meds might just do the trick for you. PLEASE do yourself a favor and talk with the doctor.
