WEll Judging from the answers, I would think there there are a lot of children on the site. a sensible adult wouldn't argue or answer a question like that
a teacher was trying to prove eveloution to a 2nd grader so she told him to go outside, & then come back in & tell her what he saw, he said I saw trees & grass & flowers, she asked, did ;you see God? no. but then he raised his hand & asked if he could ask a question she said ok, so he asked the child next to him .....Do you see the teacher? yet.. do you see her head? ......yes........ do you see her brains?

Why is that illogical? If you try to tell me the earth is flat I'm going to argue with you about it because its not true.
Athiests are arguing against what you believe in, and what you believe in is something real (it's a real belief, not necessarily a true one).
HOWEVER, isn't it ironic that you believe in something that has no proof, very shaky evidence, and in many cases causes people to go against what they say they believe in (ie religious hate, the crusades, spanish inquisition, intolerance).
I'm not saying God doesn't exist, but I am saying you should try to think for yourself because the vast majority of religious people are brainwashed into believing.
I'm not saying that to insult religion, though I know it sounds like it, but I've even heard many religious people say most believers are just brainwashed and don't think for themselves.
Just keep an open mind (thats why He gave you intelligence), If God does exist, then may he bless you; and if he doesn't, well then have a nice day ;)
EDIT: Well, athiests are concerned with religion because it is always always forced on them. There are many moral issues that people only believe in because they think god is againt it (ie gay marriages) which is even debateable if god would be against it. Athiest, on the other hand, think it is there right and IS NOT morally wrong (usually).
The religions tend to push their views on athiest and insult them, and athiests will also insult the religious.

Okay, I'm a polytheist but I think that I can answer this pretty well:
Let's say someone tells you that unicorns exist. You don't think that unicorns exist, but the person does. Now let's say that they DEMAND you believe in unicorns, and that there will be consequences if you don't. Now, you cannot see ANY evidence that unicorns do in fact exist, however they continue to tell you that they do, and they're making a big deal about it. So it would be ironic for you to argue that unicorns do not in fact exist?

There are a lot of things people do not believe in, i.e. same-sex marriage, yet they argue against it. So, it's not illogical.

you misuse the word ironic. and no it is not illogical to try and keep people from believing in something that has the potential to have it's be livers harm others.
we don't even have to go back to witches. Just ask the widows of murdered doctors who were killed by pro lifers.(Christians) or the survivors of 9-11 victims of ALLAH.

Someone doesnt know the meaning of irony or illogical...
Considering that Christians in America are attempting to legislate their God into Laws that affect ME, no, I do not at all find it illogical to argue against that which you have no evidence of.

I don't argue against god. What's the point of arguing against such an obvious fiction? I argue against the actions of the people who present their fiction as fact and try to enforce their superstition though legislation.
