Vitamin "C", aspirin & caffeine.

"C" helps fight the virus + aspirin helps alleviate the symptoms - caffeine will also help as the cold virus can make you feel very lethargic.

"Beechams Powders" are vitamin C, aspirin & caffeine... so I recommend "taking a powder" (hee hee)
