You shouldn't.
Either he is responsible for everything or nothing. You can't have it both ways.

A lot of religions teach that success would have happened if you had been more in tune with God. Therefore, through God you would never fail, or if you did fail, it would be because God wanted you to learn some kind of lesson or is testing your faith. If you blame God, then that means that you have lost faith thereby failing the test. If you look at what you have learned as a result of the experience or perhaps say that God has a different plan for you and your faith remains strong, you pass the test and your bond with God becomes stronger. Only my own thoughts. Hope it helps some how.6234

You should thank God for your success because it is He that gave you the talents and gifts and brains to be successful at whatever you have been successful at.
You shouldn't blame him for your failures in the sense that they are failures. You should thank him for the trials in your life that make you stronger and wiser.
Also, God gave us free will. Just because you have the ability to be sucessful doesn't mean that you will necessarily always use it to your best advantage...and that isn't his fault.
The batter God made you from is always good. It's how it's cooked by you that makes all the difference.

You shouldn't give God credit either way. The outcomes of your actions are always your responsibility. Otherwise, you're just using God as a scapegoat. Although that seems to me to be what religion is all about, I personally think it's wrong.

Huh?
If you trust in God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, there's no such thing as failure. Where's the blame?
Your perception of failure is not the same as God's.
The Bible even says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him." ...

I love this question! But because you asked it, I believe you already know the answer.
Success and failure; they're both all yours.
I always thought that if god gave us these remarkable brains, wasn't he actually intending us to use them and not always look to someone else for guidance, answers, and "miracles."

God gets credit for everything. He allows your failures in order to strengthen you.

i think you sound like a Winny baby and need to get you head out of the sand. God loves you and if you don't trust him and truth want his will in your life then you will fail from time to time, but he will also help you to succeed as well if you let him. good luck

Because God is all things good, the bad is something else... humans have evil and the devil has evil but God doesn't.
