Most seniors don't need iron in a supplement so you don't see it in an supplements for Seniors.

Too much iron can be worse than being slightly low on iron so it is advisable to always get a blood test before taking extra iron.

A lot of multivitamins don't have iron.. in fact, most of them that do contain iron say "xx brand with iron".
Many people are sensitive to iron, it makes them dizzy, thins blood, upsets their stomach. For people with this problem you can buy specialty iron supplements. If you're not sensitive to iron, looks for your brand of vitamins *with iron. They probably make an iron version if they're a popular company.

We (yeah, I'm a senior) would rust -- LOL. Seriously, studies have shown that our bodies do not require as much iron as we age. In fact, there are some studies that would indicate that higher levels of iron may be harmful to geriatric patients.

It most likely doesnt have any iron in it--you get iron in your diet from foods though.
