your body weight can vary daily by several pounds.

weight and body mass, is not an exact measurement

Some people go to the gym, do lots of exercise to loose weight as part of a diet, or what ever - then are puzzled when the gain weight, They forget, exercise converts fat into muscle, which is denser, and heavier.

Don't worry, eat sensibly, and gain weight gradually.
Piling weight on quickly, is just as dangerous as loosing too much in one go

I don't know your age but I would say that you are still a teenager. During adolescents your body requires large amounts of nutrients to sustain your growth.
As you get older and stop growing, you don't want to eat like a pig or you might look like one.
I wouldn't worry about this to much, remember that muscle weights more then fat, so as you run and exercise or are involved with sports you will burn allot of energy and at the same time you are building muscle.
The other thing is not to weigh yourself every day, You weight can fluctuate 2-3 LBS a day depending on sweating or water retention. IF you are truly worried about it, start a diary of what you eat, try to keep it below 2200 calories a day including what you drink. Weigh yourself once a month and keep record for six months, I think that you will see that you are just a normal teen.
Good Luck, and enjoy the Fun Years.

What do you mean 8 stone 5? Take in consideration what is your fitness level, if you're eating healthy, is there any family history of some sort, if you smoke/drink. What is your stress level like?
High stress levels can cause you to lose a lot of weight. How is your sleeping? Also your appetite can change too as you get stressed or older. Some times the foods you eat can make you lose weight a lot faster than others.
If you are drastically losing weight, it might be a sign of some thing's wrong. Also, are you experiencing head aches, light headiness, dizziness, weakness, like you might faint, is you're hair falling out, is your vision is blurry, that sort of thing.
Talk to your doctor between the two of you, you might figure out what is wrong.

If you keep losing weight see your doctor. You could have a thyroid problem or other medical problem. Any diabetics in your family? Its a guessing game unless you see your doc.
