Its only happened a few times in the last few years but I had a episode today, where a small area of my vision became blurry. and it spread to the point where it hurt to try to focus on anything. I am not sure why this happens or what i can do to fix it, does anyone know anything about this?

Migraine is a syndrome... meaning, there are multiple symptoms. The eyes being only one of them. It depends on how many of the cranial nerves are involved. Should this be the only one evidenced, I would suggest you see an eye doctor and get checked for Maccula problems. Or excessive pressure within the orb itself.. I have had this experience and finally had the surgery to correct it.

May save your vision when getting older.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

opthalmic migraine is a spasm of the blood vessl leading to the eye, causing blurring. Another more serious disorder is
amaurosis fugax which is caused by a small platelet clot
affecting blood flow to the eye.

you need to have those blood vessels checked
