suppositories - since you dont swallow them :-) they take only 10-60min to work and dont mess up your intestines and dont give you surprises later on during the day.

Try eating 35-40 grams of fiber per day.

Easy way to do it would be to eat 1 and 1/2 cups of Fiber One Cereal (the original, not the flakes version) every morning.

It's healthy, Its natural, and it'll get you going every day. Maybe even twice a day!!

Instead of a laxative try prune juice. Or drink a lot of cofee.

Every time I use margarine or soy cooking oil I get the runs. I only use coconut oil or other tree oils or butter now.
