There are tons of dance/party songs that do not have cursing. IN fact I don't recall ever hearing music with cursing at a wedding, the DJ will definitely have the appropriate dance music, plus some slow songs to mix it up. Here are some examples:
Celebration - Kool & the Gang
YMCA - Village People
Old Time Rock and Roll - Bob Segar
Hot Hot Hot - Buster Poindexter (great for the Conga line!!)
Shout - Otis Day and the Nights
Tequila - The Champs
Marcarena - Los Del Rio
Conga - Miami Sound Machine
What Is Love - Haddaway
We Are Family - Sister Sledge

A friend of mine did swing music when he did his first dance with his new bride. They both loved swing music!
Are you looking for slow music or fast music?
Slow: Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton, Stand by Me by Ben E. King, All My Life by K-Ci and JoJo, When a Man Loves a Woman by Michael Bolton
Fast: Chicken Dance, Celebrate Good Times, Summer of 69, Jack and Diane... Can't Touch This by MC Hammer... Vanilla Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice...

Amazed by Lonestar. If he likes country. It's beautiful. Or An Angel by Declan Galbraith it's awesome.

You could always just ask your DJ to use clean versions of popular dance songs if you know they have bad words in them. If you are DJ-ing yourself, clean versions of songs (usually radio edits) are easy to find on iTunes.
