There are tons of dance/party songs that do not have cursing. IN fact I don't recall ever hearing music with cursing at a wedding, the DJ will definitely have the appropriate dance music, plus some slow songs to mix it up. Here are some examples:

You could always just ask your DJ to use clean versions of popular dance songs if you know they have bad words in them. If you are DJ-ing yourself, clean versions of songs (usually radio edits) are easy to find on iTunes.
