Anyways, if people sneeze and dont cover their mouths next to me, can i get sick?

If they have a cold or other virus - it's possible. Not always likely, but possible.

listen if they sneeze n dont cover their mouth the germs will get to the air which consrquently get into u however if they sneeze n cover it again when they touch a door knob or hand shake u it can reach u either way so whether u catch a disease or not depend if the person is contageous or if ur immune system is weak

Yes there is a good possibility of getting sick but they wont as in most of the cases I have seen.

if they have something realy contagious ..yep..you could even catch something deadly...sorry.
