I have very small boobs, A cups. I want implants, for really big boobs, but how big is too big? I don't want to have boobs bigger than my hands.

When your boobs outgrow your frame it looks unatural. So pick a size that makes you more confident, but not so large that you look disproportionate. Doctors usually have computer programs that can give you an idea of what you'll look like. Hourglass shape looks most natural so don't get much wider than your hips. Also...keep in mind that if you are tiny to start with, the doctor will have to insert inflatable implants to stretch your skin out before the surgery...to accommodate the implant. Very large breasts would need a lot more skin. I wouldn't go any larger than a full C.

This is where you really need a great plastic surgeon. You cant really go by cup sizes when getting implants. It all depends on how you are built. You chest wall may be big, or small, so you really have to have someone that knows what they are doing to help you get the look you want. A B cup to you may end up being a C cup to someone else. Research your Dr. well before you have anything done Good Luck!!

When it looks like the surgeon placed basketballs instead of implants on your chest.
If you don't want boobs bigger than your hands, go for a B or a C cup and no larger.

why do you want fake objects in your chest. do you realize your making a huge mistake. you need to stay natural. natural is the only way to be these days. '
take it from me. i have really big boobs and i hate it. my girls are always falling out on me. bras are really hard to find. im a 34 DD cup and i wish i was smalller. they really give me back problems. why do you want to do that to yourself. implants they do sag over time. i have friends who got them and wish they never would of gotten them.. do you really want to look like this.with them hanging out all the time. yes my boobs are real. please think it over before you get it done good luck.

Too big is when you can tell that they are fake. Like when they look like coconuts like New York's from the I love New York show.

Anything over a DD will likely be to big.

Go for no larger than a C cup.

Your surgeon would have simulations that would give you visuals. From there you can make a better decision of what size would suite you best.
