It is more sad and tragic that so much beauty and holiness that is in the catholic Church is not present in other non-Catholic churches.
The Church suffers more when people preach heresy

"The Holy Mother?" The Lord appeared to many people throughout the Bible but he did not appear to Mary! Mary can't help anyone as all our prayers MUST be through Jesus Christ as the Bible is clear in this issue. There is only one mediator between man and God and that is Jesus. The Lord Can't hear a prayer offered through anyone else as we have only one high priest, Jesus Christ. The whole problem with the mainstream churches today is that they preach a social gospel. Social Gospels send people to hell. Religion can't save anyone neither can performing religious rites. Jesus Himself said,"ye must be born again" I certainly wouldn't place any faith in the Catholic church as the Lord will destroy it during the tribulation for the reasons given in Revelation Ch.17 V.1-9. he calls it an abomination. Their judgment will be sore as they have changed the word of God and there is also a warning given to anyone who alters the Bible that the lord will add to them the plagues which are written in the Bible and one of those plagues is death. The catholic church has no right to even exist as Jesus was referring to Himself as "the rock" and not Peter. The lord would never establish his church on a man as man is here on earth for only a short while. You may check the number of references in the Bible, there are something like 50 which refer to the Lord as "the rock" so obviously the lord was not referring to Peter as the rock. the catholic church would be the greatest farce on the face of the earth and when you stand in judgement before the Lord, "Mother Mary" or the Pope or anyone else will not be there to hold your hand as it comes down to just you and the Lord.

If Catholics follow the scriptures then why is Mary even included in the redemtion of mankind?
Here is what the scriptures say:
Isaiah 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and BESIDE ME THERE IS NO GOD.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
1 Timothy 2: 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
I respect Mary the mother of Jesus the human as my sister in heaven, but as a co-goddess. Never.

"Most of these churches don't even recognize the interecession of the Holy Mother.
How can those "churches" that deny Mary as Co-Redemptrix even be considered Christian?"
Prove this from the Scriptures.
1Ti 2:5 For God is one, also there is one Mediator of God and of men, the Man Christ Jesus,

Mary CANNOT intercede for you, 1Ti 2:5 "For God is one, also there is one Mediator of God and of men, the Man Christ Jesus, "
Where did you get the idea that Mary is responsible for your salvation? Cos it certainly isnt the Bible. Mary needed to have faith in Jesus to enter heaven, just like everyone else.
What you're promoting here is idol worship. You're relying on the traditions of men who are long dead rather than the Word of the Living God.
God bless you <><

The Church as in all of us, as the Body of Christ has suffered, because these fundamentalist doctrines are heresy and further keep these people out of the redeeming pale of the Church.
In generaly, fundamentalists take the easy way out by following man's precepts instead of God's.
Instead of doing the hard, humbling, and introspective work of loving people the way that Jesus told us to, they make up a bunch of rules themselves and then condemn anybody who doesn't agree with their opinions.
Condemning and judging is always easier than loving people. So yes, the Church has suffered and continues to.
We need to keep these people in our prayers.

Mary was not responsible for redemption. jesus was. the book of revelation is not about Mary, it is about Jesus.
How is it that those who accept church tradition on par with scripture can justify it given that the pharisees did that very thing. They made man made rules the issue based on tradition saying that it came from God. Jesus said that they were blasphemers and hypocrits. How do you justify doing the same?

mary was blessed among women b/c she bore Jesus the Christ... however, she was not diety.
if you read the book of acts, she had to partake of the new birth experience just like the othe 120 that were in the upper room on the day of pentecost. she was filled w/ the HOly Ghost & spake in tongues just like the rest.
had she not partaken of the new birth which Christ authored on Calvary, she would NOT enter heaven.... just like everyone else.
she was a mere mortal.
placing her as equal to Christ is idol worship.

There is nothing in the Bible that supports the idea of Mary as an intercessor for us. As Christians we are saved by our faith in Christ alone.
