Yes I do. There are so many opportunities in a day to be kind to someone, and it just feels natural to be kind, holding doors open, letting a car go in front of you, a simple "Good morning" to a passing stranger. I will never again however, put an extremely intoxicated teenager in my car to take her home instead of calling 911, as this young girl threw up while on her back on the back seat of my car and could have died. (paramedics gave me hell) so I do draw a line. A little kindness can domino a long ways.
Peace..........

I do, but kindness does not mean you become a doormat. There was once a woman I had begun to get close to who had some issues. She had been mistreated a lot of her life. From time to time she felt very comfortable calling me when she was angry & just spilling vile all over me. I understood she needed a place to vent, but I also knew it was not acceptable behavior. The kind thing to do was to confront her on this issue. I told her there was no thing she could ever do that would make me cease caring for her, but a lot she could do to make me hang up the phone. In doing the kind thing & showing her lovingly that her behavior was not acceptable she was able to get a handle on the issue. If I had not, it would have ate her up. I guess kindness is not just being passive, sometimes kindness can be taking a risk to really address issues with people.

I try, especially at school, I am not popular, actually only have like 2 friends. I sit and eat lunch all by myself. And yea, i am labeled as a loser, and it's not fun, especially since it's not my fault i don't have many friends... It's funny how people that try to do that right thing always end up being the one picked on --
But anyways, i ty to be kind to the people of the lower class, because everyone deserves respect, kindess, and ethically correct moral treatment..

Each morning before I go to work, I pray for a more understanding and receptive heart knowing I would be dealing with the same people who often challenge my will of kindness and composure. I expect each day to bring both fulfillment and disappointment as I try to 'smoothen the rough edges' of co-existing colleagues of mine. If my efforts on some come to waste, I don't feel bad anymore like it used to upset me before. I just tell myself that I've done my part with my heart in it, and the rest I put on the hands of The One who knows what's the best to be done.

Never. Neither do I practice unkindness. Nor anything else. Full awareness of 'being' in the present requires one's complete attention. Trying to adopt certain attributes always interferes with being appropriate.

I do the best I can. It gets easier as time goes on and I grow.
It's been a very long time since I was unkind to anyone. If someone is being rude/unkind to me, there's no point in my losing control over my words and actions and further causing a problem.

Yes I do practice kindness. Christians are not second class citizens. We can give people the benefit of the doubt, and that adage, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, applies more than you know. I don't like to be lied to, and I do not stand for anyone talking down to my Father. True Christians are not wimps, we stand up and stand tall not backing down when it comes to defending our Father and His ways, kindly, but very firmly. ;)

I try, until I think it's being viewed as a weakness, then I like to snap people back to reality.
