Can be cooked in microwave or on top of stove with a lid:
Saucy Chicken:
2-1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1 can (10 oz) golden mushroom soup, or cream of mushroom soup
If you all like mushrooms, you can add 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained to the soup
1 tsp. salt
Arrange chicken skin side up in baking dish. Place the largest pieces toward the outside. Spoon soup over chicken, cover, microwave about 25 minutes. Turn dish occasionally. This for a 700w microwave. Adjust time if using higher.

Marinade in soy sauce. Grill or broil until not pink inside. Eat with a side salad. Dice up the leftovers and freeze. Pull out packages for soups, SantaFe Chicken soup, reg chicken soup, Use some in gravy (or cream of chicken soup). Saute with veggies, add meat, ( sweet and sour sauce optional), and serve over rice.

My favorite way is to buy a package of herb & garlic marinade - in the black envelope. Add 3 tablespoons of white vinegar & 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the dry mixture ( the directions are on the back) & marinate the chicken breasts for a few hours or even overnight. Grill over medium/hot coals or on the George Foreman........Yummy!

Dice it, throw in a skillet, when pink is gone add in some taco or fajita seasoning, if you want add in some diced peppers and onions, serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.
Heat some olive oil and crushed garlic in a skillet, add in some diced chicken, and cook until pink is gone, cook some pasta until al dente, drain and add directly to the chicken skillet, you can put in any veggies you like, season with what you like, toss and heat through. You can add jar of Al Fredo sauce is you like.
You can put the whole breast in a skillet with just a touch of oil, and when they are getting to be done, put your favorite BBQ sauce on them, flip to get both sides, serve with baked taters and steamed broccoli. Of course you can do this on your outdoor grill too for the best results but in a skillet works well.
Cook them up seasoned the way you like and make some instant white rice, add a can or two of Cream of Chicken soup to the rice and serve with the chicken or dice the chicken up and stir into the rice.
