I will be arriving on October 12th, incase any one knows of any events or road closures that would make the trip longer.

First of all, it depends on the cross street on 58th. It will make a difference if you're on 1st Ave or if you're over on 10th Ave.

The fee from JFK to Manhattan is a flat fee of $45. The tolls are usually around $5 or so, plus your tip. Usually I just give the driver $60 to make it easy.

The trip will take about 45 minutes.
