I'm not referring to what any parent would do, such as monitor their child's use of the computer. I'm referring to their interraction with non-witnesses or apostates on the internet.

Here is a article written to all Jehovah's Witnesses for this month from their Kingdom Ministry in the Question Box:
Click on image to enlarge it:
http://aycu33.webshots.com/image/21912/2001532577224620787_rs.jpg
Basically the article attempts to persuade members to avoid independent thought and talk amongst each other and to read more Watchtower Society literature rather than do their own research for themselves. This is a classic example of how cults brainwash their members.

When I go to school I don't meet up with people who are not witnesses? When I do my school work I am forced to use the computer and my friends are on here but even though I can talk to them in person I cannot E mail them?
It just doesn't make any sense to me that I cannot express my opinion? If it is so bad then why does the society have a web site and a disk I use for my studies?
We are able to preach to people in South Africa ones who would not other wise have a chance to hear about Jehovah?
None of us want to talk to an apostate but we meet kids in school everyday that disc our religion and call us names.
We go in service and talk to people and I have some good calls of really nice people I call on regularly who like the magazines and they are shut ins and look forward to my call.
They are not witnesses? So when was it said we cannot talk to anyone other than Witnesses?
My dad knows who and what I talk to. If I want to have sex their is plenty of girls in school that would help me fulfill that desire. I choose not to. I choose not to look at dirty books or porn sites. I am not stupid and I don't get involved in debates or changeing laws. I am just glad that I have a parent that is smart and understanding. I appreciate that my dad trusts me.
We have the same guidelines that any other situation in life has. Couldn't you do the same thing on the phone, by calling the wrong person? Associateing with the wrong person?
What about the parents? Don't most of them work on the job on computers all day? Aren't they having the same temtations? You can't make someone do the right thing if they don't want to in the first place. At some point you have to start trusting each other, that we want to do the right thing.
Maybe I don;'t always say the right thing but I have heard the others say some pretty silly things before. Why? Because none of us are perfect but we are trying.

ok. genuine Jehovah's Witness right here. a million). Are disfellowshipped contributors of the corporate dealt with comparable to kin who weren't in any respect Witnesses initially? kin who weren't in any respect witnesses initially are no longer kept away from. you do no longer stop associating with them the two because of the fact they are not witnesses. that's a delusion. i do no longer doubt that some persons could have completed that yet that's no longer a coaching in any respect interior the religion. My father isn't a Witness yet I handle as my father and my congregation jokes, laughs, and talks to him besides as invites him to any social gatherings we've. alongside with that, its no longer continually the witness that could draw removed from the kin, however the kin itself could draw removed from their witness kin member. SO it is going the two techniques. each and every thing is circumstantial and guy or woman. 2). the justifications to be disfellowshipped are merely this, if the guy chooses to be disfellowshipped. It would not take place over night. the guy sits down and talks to the congregation's elders. The elders will attempt to help the guy get decrease back on the marvelous music. If the guy refuses the help then that finally leads to disfellowshipping. So, truthfully if a man or woman is going against a bible regulation that's severe and chooses to no longer repent then that alter into their determination no longer. They knew at their baptism approximately what they signed up for whilst they grew to alter right into a Jehovah's witness. They knew with regard to the bible's regulations on concerns and how the corporate handles severe sins dedicated. At baptism they man or woman makes a public statement that they consider the bible and how the corporate is dealt with and understand what it potential to be a witness. whilst they pass against that and pass against the help the kin, elders,, and whoever provides then what's the reason to maintain the label Jehovah's witness on them. They desperate they did no longer choose to be one. this could be a great subject count and to truly are conscious of it, why do no longer you in basic terms consult with a Jehovah's Witness in man or woman? you have a man or woman head to head which could consult with you rather than go away long texts partitions. LOL! I did my suitable to respond to your question without writing a e book. yet please do evaluate merely chatting with an energetic Jehovah's Witness for the respond.

Paul wrote that we should be "restrained under evil, instructing with mildness those not favorably disposed; as perhaps God may give them repentance leading to an accurate knowledge of truth, and they may come back to their proper senses out from the snare of the Devil, seeing that they have been caught alive by him for the will of that one."

Good Question. I was going to say that the Society does not want them to go out of Society's comfort zones. I was told that they rehears what they can say to the people and it needs to be aligned with the Society's writings.

I was thinking of asking the same question. Why is it ok for them to talk to us on here (apostates and people who are df'd) but not in person? Just chalk it up to hypocrisy again....

Do you know that Yesterday 1000 became JWs and several kingdom hall were built in at least 40 countries? , it is amazing, while we are preaching God´s kingdom and all its benefits to this planet under Jesus rulership, in the mean time we must be careful with bad association as the bible says in 1 Corithians 15:33 "Do not be misled. Bad associations spoil useful habits."
By the way why don´t you share with people what Jesus command to Preach in Matthew 24:14, the Kingdom of God and all the blessing to this world?
the bible advice of bad association in any field of the life.
Ole Baby you don´t want us to read their information but you want us to read your information, then you are the one that want to control us, what is the differences according to you point? at least they told me what will be the benefits of God´s kingdom in earth something that none of you talk.
