Overpopulation would become a real problem in a hurry. This would create massive poverty and starvation, which would inevitably lead back to crime…… Can’t take away the crime, that would mean losing free will, which is a large part of what makes us human.

I think life would be a lot more comfortable for people and there could be a population explosion.
But seeing as God aborts the majority of pregnancies already he could just make it harder still to get pregnant, or cause women who have had two babies to become infertile.
Being omnipotent means that he could fix any negative repercussions in any way that he wanted to.
The fact that so many bad things happen in the world is a strong argument against the Christian definition of a all powerful, all knowing and all loving god.

God created the world perfect with no death, illness or crime. If Satan had not tempted Eve who in turn tempted Adam we would still be living in the Garden of Eden.
