suspended answers account keep getting points?

my old account (#2) was suspended over three weeks ago and it's gone forever. My original account was completely removed because it had the old login rules (used a "-" in the login)

People still pick 'best anwers' for old questions that are in voting, and people give you thumbs up.
-FYI i got my account back. It was suspended also, but i waited about 3 weeks and its unlocked again.
