My mom make these for different events and holidays:
1 pkg. Lil Smokies
1 pkg. bacon
1 pkg. of brown sugar
1 baking dish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut each bacon strip into three pieces. Wrap the bacon aroun each little smokie( time consuming but easy.)
Lay the smokies "seam" side down in the dish. It's ok if they overlap each other.
Cover with brown sugar ( I use about 3/4 of the bag, you can use less or more) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Rip Roaring Chile Cheese Dip
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can (15 oz.) Hormel chili, with or without beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte petite cut tomatoes with zesty jalapeños
1 block (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. ground cumin (adjust to taste)
In large bowl, cut Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Stir in the chili and tomatoes. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Microwave longer, if needed. Add remaining ingredients (careful to adjust the cumin to taste) and stir. This may also be prepared in a slow cooker, stirring after 30 minutes on high. Serve with corn chips.
QUARTERBACK CRUNCH
INGREDIENTS:
bullet 4 cups Post Grape-Nuts "O" cereal
bullet 1 cup M & M candies
bullet 2 cups Carmel popcorn
bullet 2 cups peanuts, shelled & skinned
bullet 2 cups unsalted small pretzels
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in a covered container.
SERVING TIPS: Divide among two bowls, 1 for the first half and the other for the second half of your favorite football game or other activity.

Fake Lasagna
1 box of ziti
1 jar of tomato sauce
1 lb. of meat (I prefer sausage, but ground turkey or beef will work fine)
1 container of ricotta
1 bag of shredded mozz cheese
In a perfect world you won't forget any of these steps : ) Season up your meat (if you don't use sausage) and brown. At the same time cook your pasta in salted water. Once these are done mix in a large bowl with the sauce, ricotta and half the mozz cheese. Then cook on 350 for about 25 minutes in a covered dish. The top with the rest of the mozz cheese and bake until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
Another is muffelatta, my spelling might be off. In a food processor or blender mix up some green pimento olives, and a jar of those spicy mixed jarred veggies (generally cauliflower, carrots and onions) without the liquid, 1/2 stalk of celery and a little olive oil. You want it still to be chunky. Slather this on both sides of a halved loaf of italian bread. Then fill with cured meats (ham, salami, prosciutto, capicolla, pepperoni, etc. whatever you can find), provalone cheese and red onions. Wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and let marinate overnight in the fridge.
One thing that we tend to forget is the pleasure of hot dogs. Just make sure you get a good quality hot dog. Have lot's of sides. Onions sauteed in ketchup and chicken stock until they are soft (just like the carts in NYC), sourkraut, chili, cheese, diced onions, mustard, ketchup, relish, etc. You get the point. Serve with fries or tater tots.
For a snack try this reuben dip recipe. It's so good. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Reuben-Dip/Detail.aspx

the easy thing to do is buy an assortment of cold cuts and cheeses, and some small sandwitch rolls from the bakery department( so they can have several sandwitches for variety), put some deli mustard, and mayo in squeeze bottles and they won't be dissapointed. if you want to do hot food put 3 or 4 slabs of ribs in the oven covered with herbs and spices and bake for an hour and a half @ 325 then brush with bbq sauce and turn up to 450 for 10 minutes, serve with fries that you can either bake mic or fry, and that will make them happy too---Go Buc's!!!

Start on Saturday by placing two small arm roasts (they don't have to be expensive cuts) into their own crock pot with 1/2 cup of water, 2 crushed bullion cubes(beef taste), 2 sodium free packets beef taste (by the bullion cubes) in the water for each crock pot.
Let it go all day. About 5 pm you should be able to remove the fat and pull the meat apart with two forks.
Take the juices and drain them in a separate bowl skim the fat off the top with a teaspoon. Add 2 more bullion cubs and 2 more sodium free buillion cube packets to the juice.
Put your shredded meat and juice into one crock pot and place in the fridge. Sunday morning take it out and put it on low for about 3 hours.
Serve with small dinner rolls. Your guys will love them.
Then add some potato chips, salads, ect.
I've made this hot beef many times and people really love it.

Put a table near the TV, lay out all the sandwich fixings and let them build their own sandwiches. Bring in an ice box or tub, fill with un-opened bags of ice, put drink bottles and cans down in it. The bags will catch the melted ice water for fast clean up.
You can buy shaved meats of all types from your supermarket in small plastic tubs in the refrigerated sections (not the freezer). We like Hillshire Farms the best.
OR have the deli at the supermarket make several trays of sliced meats and cheeses for you. Tell the deli that this if for men watching football. They will understand. :o)

I would suggest hot dogs, chili and chips. And maybe throw in some chicken wings, or chicken strips, you've got a party! Add a veggie trey and some dip, and don't forget the "game" beverages!! Have a good time, and i hope that your team wins!!

Here is a few ideas. There are quesodilla, take 2 tortillas, some cheese, and whatever else you want. you just want to put the cheese and filling between 2 tortillas and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted. Or you can cheat and go to the nearest tex-mex fast food joint.

We usually do a buffet kind of thing, with mostly appetizers. One of the favs is chicken wing dip and serve it with tortilla chips or seven layer dip with tortilla chips. Or we will do hot wings with ranch dressing. Sometimes we do mini pizzas or a taco bar.
