I like to put a roast (or brisket) in the crockpot the nite before with some Cumin, garlic and a little Tapatio sauce. Before the race, I shred it (pull apart) and warm up some tortillas. Shred some jack cheese and we're good to go. Goes great with some Corona's! Guacamole on the side! UMMMMMMM GooooooD!

Pistachios but not the red ones because they die my fingers. I used to go to the ground round and order a "Nacho Grande" but it closed:( Coors lights in the 16oz variety. Beef Jerky any type but if I can find the Tyson buffalo chicken jerky that wins. Now that my two year old likes to sit by the TV and try to grab the cars off of it the beer consumption has slowed considerably. He gets Cheerios(dry) and dried pineapples and juice.

I usually cook the day before so I don't miss any of the race.
Usually Lasagna (homemade all the way to the pasta) and garlic bread. I can prepare the day before and just put in the oven day of the race.
Let's not forget a beer or 2.

I try and buy Wise Potato Chips at Walmart, but they're kind of expensive, so I buy the store brand. I make sure it's Sour Cream and Chives. I eat them and a drink of Pepsi.

You have no idea how nice it would be to have just one cold beer while I'm in the pits. It would be nice just to take the edge off. Unfortunately, beer isn't allowed in the pits.

Popcorn is a favorite of mine. And not microwaved or air-popped, either. We're talking old-school oil-popped popcorn in a West Bend Stir Crazy. :)

Pretzles (the original crunchy ones, not the soft ones you can get at the track) and for a drink, Vitamin water. :] Yes, I'm under the legal drinking age.
Fave Vitamin waters :
Tropical Citrus (energy)
Rasberry-Apple (defence)
Dragon Fruit (power-c)
Jackfruit-Guava (be relaxed)
Acui-Blueberry-Pomergranate(XXX)
