What do you do? Well, the mature person would realize that not only can you get rude and unfair professors, but life itself can be rude and unfair. Learn to deal with it. It's not gonna get any easier.

first you need to prove that they are rude and unfair.
of course we all know the trick of old professors where they put down an already down student so they will not be suspected of being unfair. so.....
keep your nose clean and your grades good. participate in class.that way they have no reason to pick on you. but don't overdo it by trying to be a teachers pet, teachers hate that and can smell it from a mile away.
if they do this to other people as well then you can write a petition or complain directly to the dean or school administration. but the most important thing to do is prove that they are really being unfair rather than just being a pure case of coincidence.
do not retaliate directly or immediately. once you've gotten proof of their rudeness or unfair ways do not take matters into your own hands by confronting them. this will only give them more reason to mess with you. go directly to their superiors/dean/administrators with the proof and file a complaint. for as long as they know that their career is not at risk, they will continue to behave this way.

The joys of college life, right? LOL! The thing about professors is that they don't really care if you come to class or not. They don't really care about their students as individuals. It sucks, but in my experience, that's how it is.
I have a prof this semester who refuses to grade on a curve. You would think getting the basic point across on an essay question for a test would be good enough, right? HA! He apparently wants his classes to memorize the book.
My other prof is from the Netherlands so English is not his first language. This wouldn't be such a bad thing if he weren't my math professor and I SUCK at math! He speaks really slow so he can enunciate, but he goes through his lessons really fast (if that makes sense). I'm really thinking of withdrawing from that class and telling my counselor that the next time I tell him I suck at a subject that he should probably be a little more accurate in giving me a good professor!

certain there are a sort of human beings like that. for faculty professors and knowledgeable sorts often this is infrequently racial. it commonly has to do which include your reviews and how you latest your self. i'd do experiments in college with this stuff. for instance one 365 days I dressed quite effective and preppy (i replaced into operating at Eddie Bauers on the time so it replaced into accessible). I studied decrease than known cuz I worked a lot yet I nevertheless were given better grades than when I dressed casual. i might want to commonly decide what their predjudice replaced into and use it to my advatage. there replaced into no beautiful some nonetheless. I see some childrens get picked on or perhaps as it isn't honest that it outcomes their grades each from time to time human beings ask for it. they're rude, they go away their cellular telephone on and take calls, walk out and in of the college room and act like an fool so each from time to time i do not blame the proffesors.

You can stick it out and concentrate on your studies or drop the class and take something else.
I know the feeling. I had a visiting professor who was so rude, crude, and mean spirited that most of us dropped the class.
A petition to the dean probably wouldn't help due to tenure but it would at least let the dean know about the situation. Once you pay your tuition you are at the mercy of the university and you gotta take what you gotta take sometimes.
Not easy but can be done. Look at it as a learning experience of what not to be.,

The first thing to do is politely meet with the professor and see if you can work out your problems that way. Then you can see the chair of the department or the ombudsman if you feel you need further help.

They are unprofessional and immature? That's quite amazing. What exactly is it they do to behave this way?
By the way, unprofessional and immature does not necessarily equal rude and unfair. Choose your words more carefully and be specific in your descriptions. It would make it so much easier to answer your question.

Does your college or university have and Obundsman. If so, take it to them. If that is not available, go to the department head but be ready to professionally and accurately defend your position.

Talk with the Dean of that Department. You better have examples to back you up. If enough people complain they will do something about it unless they are tenure.

Withdraw from their class. Take one with friends or with a well liked professor.
It is not worth it in the long run to stick it out.
