Would any know of a nice passage from the Bible that would be appropriate for a memory / funeral service, in memory of a child?

This is my favorite, there really isn't anything that helps alleviate the pain of the loss of a child. It's truly the worst.
Isaiah 11:
1 A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse;
from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.

Will I'm not Christan but I have read abut the Bible four years and I only can thing Pieter chap to five or six I thing so but tray to read Pieter and you will fund funeral service.

Sorry, but most of the passages from the bible are either vile and disgusting, or just plain ridiculous. There is a universe of secular prose and poetry to choose from, why pollute the service with passages from an obscene publication?
