Next time use a polarizing filter* to remove the glare/reflections so you don't have to mess with "fixing" it. Always best to "get it right" in the camera.

If your camera lens doesn't accept screw-in filters there is probably an adapter offered by your camera manufacturer that will allow them to be used.

* Only use a circular polarizer - never a linear one. The linear one will mess up your Auto Focus and metering.

I use Picture Publisher, but Paint Shop Pro should have the same tools. I use the eye dropper tool to pick the color next to the area. Then I use the spray can to spray the color over the glare. If I don't like the looks of the last spray, I click undo. I also save often, so I can go back to the last image I was happy with. Before working on the image, you may want to save it as a new name--then the original is still there for reference.

You really can't, other than "painting" over the areas. For example, you can select unaffected areas, and "clone" over the glare, but this is very tricky and exacting work. You have to match colors and texture in a very precise manner if you don't want to be left with a muddy, artificial result.

There is no "magic" filter, or feature that you can click to make the glare go away.

you're waiting to clone out the somewhat some glare employing approximately 5-6% opacity, sampling from a gap that does no longer have the glare. merely go repeatedly till it looks greater proper. interior the destiny, in case you have the alternative, ask the individuals to flow their glasses merely extremely down their nostril so as that the reflections are no longer likely to be aimed perfect back at your digital camera. Or, have them turn their heads merely extremely in one process the different. Or, flow your self extremely left or perfect with out them following you with their heads. it would help to comprehend what variety of digital camera (make and kind) you have in the past commenting on your anti-shake device. you could "upload information" to inform us.

There's not much you can do unless you are a wiz with photoshop. If you can, retake the photo, but this time use a polarizing filter.
