I used to have a 2000 Toyota Sienna LE and what I had to do was hold the tire pressure button and the computer memorized the pressure. I'm fairly certain that's the case with this car as well. If not, then check your instruction manual.

There are two stages to resetting the light.
1. Turn ignition on.
2. Press and hold the tire pressure reset button until the light goes out. Release the button.
3. Press and hold the button again until the light flashes 3 times and then goes out. Release the button.
4. LEAVE THE IGNITION ON UNINTERRUPTED FOR 10 MINUTES. If you don't, the computer won't reinitialize properly and the light will come back on.

That should take care of it!
God Bless!
