My kitten, Boston, acts so weird when it comes to my stuff. He always is nuzzling my blankets and licking them like crazy. It's only my stuff not my roommates or boyfriends stuff...you think he just like the scent of my things...it's so wierd!

Ahh that means you are his favorite person! Kittens need lots of love and attention! And please do get him/her spayed or neutered!!

There is a medical condition that describes certain cats' attraction for chewing on wool and other clothing. The name escapes me at the moment. As long as Boston (great name btw) doesn't have a vitamin deficiency, he's simply showing affection by marking these items with his scent glands. It's harmless. He simply loves you.

Edit - Thanks Kisses. I couldn't remember it.

the word for a cat who licks clothing and eats odd things is pica:

however your cat only licks your things, so it is more likely that your cat is showing an affection and a closeness to you (and your scent) rather than it is a medical reason
however, if I were you I would still keep an eye on him and talk to the vet if your worries become worse
