Yes they will, if they ever need a reason to. Domestic ducks do not migrate, so they only reason a pet Mallard would fly is if it's in danger. Wait another month or so.
Are you sure they are Mallards though? Rouen ducks look exactly the same as Mallards, unless of course you know what to look for. I made this comparison chat a while back to help someone else. They thought they had a female Mallard that would only fly a few yards at a time. After looking at the chart, they saw that they didn't have Mallards after all. Rouens have smaller wings and tails, and larger bodies, so of course they can barely fly (if they're able at all).

Yes, they will fly when they get older.
But they might want to stay with you awhile.
Free food.

I lived on a Duck Farm / Gunning Shore.
My Father used to raise about
two thousand Mallards every summer.

Depends. Are they the domesticated mallards? then probably not, because they are too heavy. Are they the wild birds? then they will fly.
