I love the animal cracker that are in the Cookie Parade by Mother's Cookies. They are covered in a pink icing and have sprinkles on them. I love to eat them while drinking a big glass of milk. Yummy!!!

I am making a new recipe I found for Chocolate Banana Cookies and they are delicious! Yummmm! Hit the spot! :0)
The recipe:
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1 medium to large banana
4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Blend shortening and sugar.
Add 1 egg at a time and blend with above.
Blend milk, honey and mashed banana and add to above.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder and 'gradually add to above mix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Place 1 tsp. of dough on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart from another and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins til the edges are golden brown.

I would love to have a soft and gooey chocolate chip with nuts cookie. I don't like the thin and crisp ones. I want it to bend in my fingers when I pick it up. As Rachel Ray says "YUM-O"
