As I had two answers that indicated this in a previous question. With verses that say to not consider what to say, but the Holy Spirit will talk for you, or give you what to say.
I believe blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is calling the Spirit/Power of God demonic or of devils.

you are 100% correct.
a christian should allow the Holy Spirit to guide them when they speak (during persecution).Jesus clearly explained what blaspheming the Holy Spirit is.

I think there are two different issues here. We are entitled to prepare ourselves by thinking ot what to say if challenged. The Holy Ghost may prompt us at the moment, but He can also prompt us to prepare in advance.
Blasphemy is of the Holy Ghost is to have a full knowledge of Him and then to deny Him. The Holy Ghost has the
power to convince our spirit about everything related to the truth. If we deny Him, then our spirits will never know how the accept the salvation offered by the Savior.
