Yes, I used to do it all the time. Sometimes the unplanned exercise is the best form. Working on the farm, weeding the garden, dancing with the music, riding your bike to the store. In centuries past, people exercised by living active lives.

Yes - It can be considered aerobic exercise if you do it continuously for about 30 minutes (keeping your heart rate up).

ABSOLUTELY! And if you really enjoy dancing in this manner, than I suggest making a habit out of it.....why not? Too many people force themselves into workout routines that they don't really like, and is the main reason why people never stick with the gym. This sounds like a wonderful routine for you....so go for it!

As long as your heart rate is raised and you're wearing yourself out, ANYTHING is aerobics.

Sure, as long as you get your heart rate up and keep it there for a while. Have you ever heard of "Sweatin' to the Oldies"?

Anything that can raise your heartrate for a resonable period of time (ie 20-30 minutes) will do.
