At home right now so can't cross it here, but will be at the lab in a bit and will look it up for you there and get back to you here later. OK?

Any of the listed URLs in the other answers are as good as what I found out. It is just a SEME Labs bipolar NPN power device and not a TI that I can tell, although there are other manufactures. Some even spec it at a higher collector voltage than the 120 SEME specs, but they all seem to be in the 10A 60MHz range.
