Do all police departments have "trading cards"?

a local department here did at one point i knwo because i saw them in the barber shop..i thought they were cute...do all departments do that?

No. It is decided by the local police as to having them or not. Most do not have them.

No they don't. The only one that I know of is California. You can always inquire with the community relations Officer.
