As of right now:
Kyle Busch #5 to #18
Dale Earnhardt Jr. #8 to #88
Scott Riggs (probably) #10 to ?
Ryan Newman (probably) #12 to ?
J.J. Yeley #18 to #96
Casey Mears #25 to #5
David Stremme #40 to ? (#00 maybe)
Tony Raines #96 to ?
David Reutimann #00 to #33 (probably)
Regan Smith's gonna drive the #01 (which will probably change numbers)
Travis Kvapil in the old #88 for Yates (which will definitely change numbers)
Dario Franchitti will move into the #40, and Jacques Villeneuve will most likely replace Jeremy Mayfield in the #36 (which probably will become the #27).
Sam Hornish Jr. will probably end up in the #12 if Newman leaves, otherwise Penske will start a third team for him.

Scott Riggs, unless Petty retires for the microphone, the Petty GEM merger will happen.
David Stremme, maybe back to the busch leagues.
Tony Raines, maybe MWR as a part timer, or Busch Regular, or maybe even over to Furniture Row, since Kenny is going part time next year.
