NO nor with any other men. IT is too risky. I believe they should have another supervisor.

properly Liz Down decrease than, you're a enormously sharp Assuie! confident, Rome nevertheless thinks it has a monopoly. 2d, this situation is centruies previous. John Wycliffe, the Mornstar of the Reformation, in the 1300's recorded the conduct of the Priesthood then: raping nuns, sodomizing little ones, and those are the only 2 that i might ever point out in public. something is purely too dispicable. My element is that that is no longer a sparkling situation, and it ties in consisting of your different element - in many countries, Rome DID have a monopoly, and in case you spoke against the Priest, you have been a ineffective guy. you may unexpectedly substitute right into a "witch" or be charged with another crime, or the Jesuits, the assaination squad of the Catholic Church, might purely take you out. So no person adverse them, and that they did despite they needed to. be conscious that those allegation have under no circumstances yet arise in Rome - do you think of this does not circulate on there? Or do they only nevertheless have sufficient capability to squash it.

I don't have kids, but I can tell you that I'm a former altar boy and Catholic school student, and my parents entrusted me to the priests many times. I was frequently alone with them. Guess what happened?
Nothing.
I don't blindly trust anyone, and would screen just about anybody, especially when it comes to children, but I just wanted to point out that not every kid who's alone with a priest is going to get assaulted. My friends and I were left alone with the priests on many occasions, and nothing weird ever happened. I am, in fact, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, but none of that happened to me within the church. In fact, when the abuse was made known, it was priests and other church personnel who tried to help me.

In our (Christian) churches, the preachers can and do marry. I still wouldn't blindly leave any kids I had with anyone who I didn't know. But I fully trust the preacher & leaders at our church.

I am not religious, as you know, but I do not judge all priests by the 1% that are pedophiles.
If the Catholic church allowed priests to marry they would attract more heterosexual males.

If I had kids, I'd leave them alone with clergy with about the same standards as with anyone else. I don't do career profiling.

I know I wouldn't...but that is because priests devour children's soul with the second gaping maw they have hidden on their stomach.
