the three most common causes of jams from the magazine are 1) dirty and needs to be cleaned
2) bent feed lips
3) week spring
or a combination of all three. you don't say where the jam occurs, like does it feed part way up the feed ramp and the bolt closes on it, does it miss feed and go straight up jamming the bolt, does it fail to come out of the magazine entirely, each can give clues to what the cause is.
Even though new, I would dis assemble, clean and lube the inside of the mag and the spring and follower with "breakfree".
Then I'd check the feed lips for burrs or alignment and play around with the spring a little as a last resort.
good luck

Hi cap magazines are always subject to issues.

The thing to do is take the mag apart and clean it, lubricate it and make sure the follower is not binding and is moving smoothly.

Try to fill it only half way and see if it malfunctions. Then add a few more, etc. until it does. It may have a weak spring or the follower is binding. Also, check the lips and make sure they are exactly like your other mags. Just a small deviation here can cause magazine failures. If you cannnot get it to work, send it back to SG they have a good guarantee policy.

Try only filling them to 25 rounds, could be the mag spring is causing the issue.
