They deleteded my answer, which was friendly , because I said just a few words in turkish...That's non-sense...

Question : As a Turk, do you pray for a friend who is sitting for a very important exam? (earthling-tomorow)?

Précisions sur la question : p.s. She just went to bed. I have been trying to boost her morale for the past week. But thank you for your good wishes.

Yes, Angelo, you are right...
I didn't understand why they deleted your question about Pavarotti, which was a tribute to a great artist who unfortunately went away...
But they let the trolls and the racists attacking us...
That's absurd, like a kafkaian novel...

Hello Fatih,
I am receiving violation notices for the things that you can not even imagine.
last time i received a violation message because i wrote "I agree with Blunt" can you believe this?
On the other hand what i can not understand is that the trolls with their insults remain where they are.
Some innocent accounts got deleted and troll accounts stay here with us. That is incredible.
So Yahoo says the more you report the less you become credible.what kind of a logic is this? So if there are insults more and more according to their law i should stay silent to be credible.
I never never never report a question coming from a different opinion never that would be very unfair. I know that everybody here report only insults Jean Charles and his friends to be more specific.
You see your answer is deleted but the insulting questions and answers of Jean Charles are still here.
So i think i talked a lot but this is not fair at all.

I got a violation notice also not too long ago just because I answered a question with a legitimate answer, but because someone found it offensive (though it was NOT my intention to offend), they apparently reported it because they just disagreed with my answer and/or didn't like what I said. I soon after received a 'suspension' notice, telling me that I was in violation of the Y/A guidelines, but I clearly was NOT. It's just that Yahoo does NOT take the time to read the questions and/or answers that people report to them to see if they are against the guidelines or not - they merely take the 'reporter's' word for it and just delete the answer or question, then suspend your account - how unfair! After sending them a loooooooong complaint via email, making my case to them, I got my account reactivated - today! :D Yahoo needs to revamp their 'board of judges'!

I got a violation and my answer was deleted (minus 10 points). Just because I responded to a provoking troll. They insult me, they insult our people and culture but their questions remain here for days.
Does anyone know of a way to contact real people at Yahoo? I am sick of talking to machines. If I am a top contributor I assume I am also a respected member. Why don't they take my reports seriously!

p.s. Dellarovere, maybe there are some racists over there who do not like Italians and/or Pavarotti and/or opera.

I was just about to post something regarding this, I received 6 violation notices in 2 weeks! My answers did not violate community guidelines at all. Well not that I care about the notices, but it's getting pretty wearisome to see my answers getting deleted.

I have been reported and my answer was deleted, because in a question by Dellarove about tribute to Pavarotti, ansked in the Greek section, I mentioned some verses from arias he had sang.
Finally, even the question was erased, after mass reports !!

Yahoo is a profit oriented company and American besides. I'm not sure they even see the posts, be them questions or answers.

What amazes me is, according to their rules, "respected" members' complaints are taken into account and the trolls are anything but. Looking at the results of reports, we are not respected members and trolls are. There's something fishy here, but...

Maybe they can't read turkish and suspected that you said something inapropriate.

Dear Fatih,
My whole question about Pavarotti's memory has been deleted, proving the "quality" of those who reported it.

That's why I'm leaving the Greek section...
I feel disgusted.
