They are taking orders on QVC and Racing USA, and Nascar.com. I pre ordered mine about 6 weeks ago on Racingusa.com I got a email from them yesterday that I could have mine in 3-4 weeks....Thats okay, just as long as I get them before christmas for all my Jr fans on my christmas list.. I bet they show up at race tracks sooner.
