I've been sick with the stomach virus today is my 4th day sick i have been out from school all week. I went today but was sent home early i've only thrown up once and that was tuesday but i'm still nauses and really dizzy "i always get dizzy when i'm sick" i feel better at random times but then other i just feel horrible again.
how long does this usually take to get over? and does feeling better at random times indicate that i'm getting better?

Usually only 24 to 48 hours. You've got something more vicious than normal. And one reason you're feeling dizzy is because you're dehydrating.
