You should go and visit a doctor. Let him assess what's bothering you and help you out. I'm sure he'll be able to come up with a solution.
Another thing is that don't think about things too much. Relax and get lots of fresh walks outside. Drink plenty of water all the time. Make new friends at churches. Go out and look for a good job. Call up your best friends and go with them to ball-games or movies.
Once you are determined to do these things, I'm pretty sure your life will be occupied with so many things that you won't even have the time to think about anything else!
But, I still suggest you go and see your doctor soon and he might also suggest the same things that I've said also.
However, he will be able to get a clear medical assessment of you that I can't.

From personal experience:
The more you replay the message: "I'm going crazy, I'm going crazy, I'm going crazy!!", the longer it will take for you to come down from it. You need to break this thinking cycle first, so you can have a clear head to address the real problem later.
Find a couch or chair and close your eyes. Even if you don't believe it, repeat in your head (or outloud):
"I'm not really going crazy, I'm just very stressed out. I can conquer whatever problem comes my way.
I'm not really going crazy, I'm just very stressed out. I can conquer whatever problem comes my way."
Or something similar. This is called "positive affirmation". I know it seems cheesy, but you'd be amazed at what you can trick your brain into believing. And once your subconcious believes it, your conscious self can work on addressing your problems in a calmer way.

hey I know how you feel, you're not the only one. I've been stressed out for about a week now. It's mainly my job and work. Plus I just bought a new truck, and now I don't think I can afford to maintain that truck, so I might have to get rid of it. Just relax and take one day at a time. Try not to make a big deal out of something that doesn't need too much attention. And just let things settle on their own.

My solution is to take the systems to court, which I am doing now and it makes me crazier. The last 3 jobs Ive had
NU Skin cosemitic, Xango drinks. bottling make up;
Supervisor wanted me to take charge, did not want to, because of my disorders, Almost punched my supervisors supervisor
Basic Research reprocessing;
Supervisor talked me into line lead, took it but did not want to
With in 4 months I was running her department because her husband got sick, no problem, did better then she did, but I was only paid 9.25/hour and she was paid about 25.00. I went crazy and blow up at people. Got fired for saying she could not do her job to another employee.
ACH Foam foam production;
I was in charge of expanding polymeric bead by steaming them in to foam peanuts, then switched to cad, so now I know how to use computers to cut designs out of foam, paid 8.00 same as other temps who literally did 10th of the work, 1 day I went crazy and went off on him, he made a mistake of yelling back and then touching me. My voice became louder and I almost decked him,
I ignored a homeless person and he started yelling at me and when he continued, a actually chased after him with the intent on doing him harm I think
My usual solution, would have been to go to the hospital and vent so I could do the same thing over and over, but I am not able to or go to a half way house,
My recommendation; contact the Nancy Page Program in Minneapolis,MN you can stay there for upto a year, and it was to me a place I could let go and not as many things to worry about and that is what we need sometimes.

Simplify what you can and unclutter your life. What I mean by this is that you need to prioritize what's important and worth worrying about.
To do this you need to slow down and take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle of it. Then in column A make a list of what you are worrying about and column B rank teh importance of what you are worried about.
Then on another piece of paper write down how you can solve this worry and then on a third piece of paper write down best and worst possible scenarios occuring from your worrying...Now you are prepared and have plan B. Take plan B, scrunch it up and throw it away.
Another solution is to limit your worring to half an hour a day...to destress, just say no to whats unimportant.

The answer is praying, praying and praying.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation, and qualifying us to Heaven. Just come to Jesus with genuine repentance and faith, and you will find peace, hope and meaning for your life. Heaven is wonderful beyond descriptions and forever without end. Never miss Heaven for anything of this troubled world. Life on earth is short and uncertain. Get right with God to-day before it is too late. Best wishes for happiness and Heaven!
