Yes. Because if you remind yourself of all that you ahve to be grateful for, you don't spend your energy and thought on the things you want that you don't have.

Being aware of all the good things you DO have is the key to happiness and meaning in your life.

Unfortunately, it often takes some humbling experiences to experience true gratitude. But after those humbling experiences, it seems that it's easier to have gratitude for less.

Key to happiness is to like yoursel , to give others, to like ur surroundings . Above all to have a strong relationship with God. But have in mind u may face spiritual warefare.

we all have different locks to open our hearts/minds, one key that opens my happiness door is not necessarily the same key that opens someone else's happiness door.

i'm grateful for my life and the chance to learn life lessons that help me improve so that i may eventually help improve the lives of those who might need my help.
