well what, and how much, have you been eating when you get sick? try something bland like rice. or is it just the idea of eating that makes you sick? cause if thats the problem then you're gonna seen a shrink for help.

Have you tried soup......I know it sounds cliche but Chicken soup really does help. If you can't eat try to drink lots of water and gatorade. You should probably contact a Doc if it lasts more then 3 days.

Well it depends on what you are trying to eat. It sounds like you should go to the doctor. Or if this is just a one time thing drink some sprite.

have you been eating too much fast food? i went through a stage where i couldn't eat anything cuz i ate way too much fast food. talk to your doctor...you might have food allergies or IBS.

try eating light foods like salad, apple slices with peanut butter, crackers, etc. stay away from greasy foods

wouldn't hurt to take a pregnancy test too...

I'm having the same problem as soon as I eat something it comes right back up or either right throufh me. Maybe we have a virus.

maybe yr pregnant take a test!!try eating dry toast, plain hot water or lemon tea to settle yr stomach, give it a while then try eating again

Maybe you have the flu? Try eating plain food like crackers and soup and work your way up to more exciting food.

Make sure its really healthy but really yummy too. Like fruit maybe. Make it like a treat for yourself. Buy something yourself and cook it. I love fried peppers and onions wrapped in tortillas!! YUM.
