Depends... are they beef? Chicken? Fish? Shrimp?
And if they're beef are they ground beef or shredded?
And if they're fish are they fried or grilled?
Personally I'd go for some shredded chicken, lettuce, shredded cheese, maybe some tomatoes and some sour cream. Yum.
