There is a demand for good Christian pastors who are not afraid to preach the Word of God and offend, insult and make mad their heathen, ungodly audience. Judgment begins in the House of God and the pastors better great ready for the Judgment of God. The demons in the pulpits and the demons in the congregations must leave. God's church is to be a house of prayer and not a den of thieves.

There probably is more of a supply of people to preach the gospel in the U. S. Some churches do not have preachers because the people looking for a job to preach demand more than some smaller congregations want to pay. Some of the larger congregations have several people that preach. There are people in the clergy that do not care to do the job, they just want the well paying position.

There is a shortage of well educated and trained ministers. There are way too many self-annointed con men in the profession now.

A surplus. We have churches in my neighborhood that have assistant pastors to the assistant pastor... it's crazy really.
