Staying active is very important. Your body is a bio mechanical device that responds to physical stimuli if you don't use it, you lose it.
Watch how many carbs you're intaking, not because they're bad, but because it's too easy to eat too many carbs.
Drink alot of water. it's essential to good health and the elimination of wastes. It's probably the number one thing people can do to help themselves, but they don't.
Are you going to have the body of a demi-god by talking a walk every day? No. but you're likely to live longer and healthier than those that don't.
As time goes by Vanity becomes a luxury, and day to day operation and performance of your body becomes more of a concern. It you keep this in mind, you'll change how you view diet and exercise.

Run up and down the staircase 6 times a day at one shot. Drink plenty of purified water. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. Keep a positive outlook and spend some time outdoors each day amongst nature.

Vitimans, walk three miles a day (after work), and eat veggies, fish & plenty fruit, also get plenty rest (sleep 6 - 8 hrs a night)

I try to walk half an hour most days. Either outside, or walk along with exercise DVDs. And try to eat a balanced diet, with veggies.
Don't always succeed, but I try.

Honestly, not much..... I just try to climb stairs instead of taking lifts as much as I can, and also walk whenever possible (to the store, to the dry cleaners, to meet friends) instead of using the car....
