Im facing an eviction because I'm no longer working due to back injury.....I need 3,000 dollars in 2 weeks ..I don't qualify for bank loan and I've tried every loan site on the net...ANY ADVICE AS TO GET THE MONEY LEGALLY...I'm afraid for my children...I have no one to turn to at this time of need....

No one except family or friends will give you a loan. You are not working and unable to pay it back. Sorry, that's just the way it is.

You may want to try contacting social services and also look for some church charities.

If you own something with value, such as a car, you could borrow from a bank, using the car as collateral; but this assumes the bank thinks your income is sufficient to meet the payments on the loan.

Is the father of your kids paying child support? If not you should follow up on that. If he is, perhaps he can lend you the money, or consider it payment in advance on his support obligations. If your income has dropped, his share of the child support obligations has to go UP, according to court guidelines.

Contact social services in your area. If you are about to be homeless, they might be able to get you and your children some emergency housing assistance.

With no job and bad credit, you are not going to find anyone to give you a loan.
