No. He would not. That's not what he preached. Matthew 7:2: “For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”

No he wouldnt have. If you can read the scriptures he said that he came to save the sinners not to condemn them. Immagine, he made friends with tax collectors and outcasts of society who are considered as sinners. I think what he would have done was that he would have told saddam and bin laden to follow him and if they did then they would have transformed. Remember the story of mary magdelene? She was a sinner and people condemned her to death but Jesus defended her he said "Let any among you who has not sinned throw the first stone at her" i forgot what verse in the bible

This was not Jesus Role or purpose. The rules for war were covered in the Old Testament. Jesus did not cover this in His time on earth. Jesus was mainly focused on showing us how to live our normal day to day lives. He did not touch on war and punishment and the ten commandments also do not cover war and punishment. There are other commandments that cover these areas We were given over 200 commandments from God in the Bible and you need to learn it and find out which ones apply to each area.

In life Jesus would of offered them the oppertunity to repent, and recieve Him as LORD, and Savior.
But in death, they will both stand at a much worse judgement seat, The Great White Throne Judgement of God Almighty, and there is no oppertunity to seek mercy, they will be judged, and be cast into the Lake of Fire prepaired for Satan, and his Angles.

Yes, for He is right and just. God set up government to reward the good and punish the evil. Theses men and other like them would of went before men of God who would of had witnesses , a trial and then the right punishment would of been put forward, which in the cases of murder would of been their own lives.

Doubtful. More likely he would have washed their feet, and shared a meal.
I frequently wonder if when Jesus allegedly said 'The way into Heaven is through me' if he was talking about emulating, rather than evangelizing. That would change things, eh!

If Jesus had his way they would have gotten the gospel and another chance to accept Christ before going to hell. Jesus died for them too.

Good question. I don't know about Jesus but I know that I thought Saddam should die as well as Bin Laden. I am a Christian and that is my point of view.
