I have noticed with all of the places I've been looking at lately (for place card holders and cake toppers) that there is always quite a waiting period before they ship things out. Anywhere from 3-5 days to several weeks.
It seems like they don't actually carry anything, they order it from the manufacturer when you order it, so customers have to wait. Non-wedding stores couldn't do that and keep a customer base or stay in business. I just feel so weary of how the wedding industry seems to have their own rules (not to mention charge exorbitant amounts for things.)
I just want to order some things for my wedding and have them soon after I order them. Does anyone know of a place that actually carries the items they say they have?

I have ordered from efavormart.com and they have items in stock, and I also ordered from oriental trading and got my order very quick.
The thing I like about efavormart.com is they have a flat shipping, where oriental trading depends on where you live.

what are you looking for this site carry alot of products made but, custom orders can be done in 1 to 1 1/2 weeks

I ordered a lot from www.wedowed.com
The website is kinda confusing to get around, but they have TONS of stuff...and even the things I had personalized (like the napkins and cake boxes) arrived at my house in like a week.

Because they are THIRD party vendors, they actually buy it from somwhere else or order it from China. Yes, it's true.
What exactly are you looking for? I may be able to get you some manufacturer's websites.

well I checked ot this place..they have cheap prices on alot of wedding stuff.....check it out. if thats not what u are looking for then just google it and there are alot of different sites for weddings one of those should do it for ya
