Yes I do believe you should be checked out. I've had major migraines ( because of an injury / causing a brain tumor)
This isnt to say that is your problem. You could have a pinched nerve. or you may need glasses. Even if you see clearly there could be triggers from the visual field.
It can also be caused by drastic changes , in temperuatres, like from the heat to an extremely cold room , or dim light to bright sunlight or l bright lights inside.
There also a chance of an ear infection causing the problems.
You need to keep a calender of event , like how often it happens, or what you were doing or where you were at when it occured. Maybe even what you ate or drank. It could also be an allergy to someone perfume, or cologne, Or other scent, around you at that time.
When or if you make calender or log of the headaches, write the time of day it happened as well. If you were doing something that would cause you to overheat as well, like over exertion from running , Make sure you drink enough fluids, like water or fruit juices, to prevent being dehydrated, that can caused headaches because your body needs to keep healthy. Try to stay away from . too much caffeine as it can effect your body to trigger headaches if it is deprived of it. Since it ia an addiction. , like smoking or drinking , etc. Are you resting enough , meaning enough good sleep. being deprived of that can also hurt your body.
I hope you find out why you get them.
keep us posted .

I would recommend that you visit your GP. These sound most like cluster headaches, which are severe headaches, similar to migraines, but of shorter duration and usually occur in clusters (like everyday for a short period of time) there are treatments for these and they can be as simple as keeping a small tank of oxygen handy and breathing pure oxygen for a minute or so. However, there is always the risk of an organic issue. This would be a structural problem in the brain which could only be seen on CT or MRI scan.
It is best to rule out the really bad and possible treat the simple. There are treatments, and they don't always require eating bat guano from India.

It is due to obstruction in the flow of vital energy.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.
