Wednesday night's episode (the NFL special) had Case 3 as the lucky case for the play-at-home game.

Yes, it was 3. I just can't believe he passed up the NFL package. Divorce her.
UPDATE
Sorry, Jeff. If you took the NFL package and the cash offer, sold half of the items in the package on E-bay, sold the Manning shirt they gave him, kept the car and just kept 2 of the season tickets and 2 of the Superbowl tickets you'd end up at the same $186,000 and probably more. Do you have any idea what a Superbowl game football signed by the entire winning team is worth?????...and they offered him TWO of them!...and they would be NFL certified authentic! Plus I'm sure the NFL players on the show signed the Manning jersey and probably a few other things for him. All of that stuff is collectors' dream crap!

It was case 3.

And he was right to turn down the NFL package, after the wife asked him one question: "If you take this, would we be out of debt?"

He realized he wouldn't, so he turned down the new SUV and super bowl tickets. Two cases later, he took a deal for $186,000.

UPDATE:
I heard the SUV, $50,000 cash, season tickets for 4 and super bowl tickets plus accommodations for 2.
If there was more, I must have missed it among all the oohhs and aahhs from the crowd.
